Lloyd Hartley is an award winning architecture, interiors and project management practice based in Auckland, New Zealand.
We make places and spaces for people to experience and celebrate positive human interactions to maximise their quality of life.
Specialising in high end residential homes, thoughtful renovations and multi-home developments; our services combined with collaborative energy, and persistent holistic attention to detail, provide clients with an end-to-end process to deliver bespoke, project specific, excellence.
We also look forward to deftly applying our skill sets to new sites and project typologies.

Industry
Lloyd Hartley are individual and Practice members of Te Kāhui Whaihanga New Zealand Institute of Architects. We also value the rigorous pathway to NZRAB registration and our staff are either registered or working toward registration.
We have a reputation for a holistic integrated design approach, excellent documentation and processes, and collaborative engagement with clients, suppliers, and contractors. The culmination of these dynamics results in high quality, well executed projects. We have been recognised in this regard with several Local Institute and other Industry Awards.
We’re motivated to continue designing and implementing larger New Zealand high end homes and baches, to be progressive and define new standards for the future of our built environment.
